Date and time stamps... new topic (I believe)

I use FFS to manual sync, as mirror, some folders of my notebook with my NAS, mapped as network driver. I detected the following problems:
1. with FFS 9.8: new files have the "original" date and time, but new folders have the date and time of the copy
2. with FFS 9.9: both new files and folders have the date and time of the copy
Is that right?

I'm speaking about Windows version.
