There's already a confirmation dialog shown before deletion takes place.

yes, but you can't say just delete from left side or right side only..

Or course, just select the items you want to delete.

if I could filter the list to only show folders / certain files without changing my filters that would be great
add an additional filter / subfolder depth within the already exhausting built list - that freefilesync doesn't listen to for syncing, just for explorer like functionality, I use FFS for more than just syncing..
