I am trying to compare the entire contents of two hard disks. I want a comparison list. I do not want any files changed automatically. I have read the documentation and tried to run the application. I think I may have done something bad because a drive started running while I was still figuring out if I could get what I needed.
I understand this application is designed to merge information; not just get a list.
I do not see how I can run it without altering data.
The documentation refers to "folder". can a folder be an entire drive? If it can't do a drive, can it do a high level folder with multiple levels of subfolders?
If it can be made to work like I want, could someone please explain how.
