Hello,
I started using FFS yesterday. I installed it on win 2008 server as source. I made maped network drive as target which is on win 2003 server.
Configuration was made as Update of source folder to targer folder with version control. I attached screenshot.
Problem is when I delete file or folder on source. When I do compare it doesn't show diference between target and source, but on target file or folder exist.
So after sync nothing change, folder on source is deleted on target still exist. Why?
I think it should delete folder or file on target and move it to verson folder?
Or I do something wrong?

You describe you use the Update-mode,
your (difficult to read) picture shows you use a Custom-mode that,
apart from how to handle conflicts, is identical to the Update-mode.

In either case, any files existing on the target-side that do not or do no longer
exist on the source-side will not be removed from the target
("Do Nothing", the gray minus sign).

If you want files deleted from the source to also be deleted from the target,
you can best choose the Mirror-mode, or change your custom setting accordingly.
