Hi!
Great software, BUT!:
1.) I often need to fast select many different directories to compare, but using Browse button and selecting one and clicking OK and then repeat this more times is extreme time waste!!
What about using CHECKBOXs for folders as shown in the image??
Selecting MANY folders AT ONCE click to Browse folder will be AMAZING time saver!!!
2.) Need to add PAUSE button especially for loooong byte-per-byte compare operations!
Sometimes, in the middle of progress, need to pause hardisk reads for some urgent work!
Two feature request!

Totally agree with first request, most of the time we only need to compare certain folders in a directory/Folder

You know you can drag&drop folders on the FFS folder input fields and use multiple folder pairs?
What is the scenario? Folder comparison with some backup location?
Maybe a folder-tree selector for the filter is what's needed?

I tryed drag-n-drop multiple folders, but this actually adds only one of them to one row/pair.
If each selected and draged folders drops to one row/pair, that would be OK.
Checkboxes I ment, should behave the same - every selected drops to one row.
And yes, usually I compare to backup loction.

Third feature request:
3.) When mirroring, preserve timestamp of directories! (After copy all items to a folder, set the same timestamp [Modifyed/Created/Accessed] as the source folder has. Please add this at least as option.
