Delete from the remote side

I am sync from ftp side to my local side.
My Questiuon is how do I delete file after success sync from the ftp side.

You don't!
Otherwise it is not a sync, but a move ...
If you want to move files, you can use one out of many file managers, e.g. the Windows File Explorer.

For the record: You can simulate a move by deleting the source files in a second synchronization step using an empty source folder (must either be an empty string or the folder must exist and be empty).
