Sync Only Files Added in the last 24 hours?

We have a process we are trying to semi-automate, wondering if FFS can handle this.

Incoming documents are saved by our office manager to a set of folders, filed based on what the incoming document is. This should serve as the official record set.

What I would like to be able to do once a day is run a sync task to copy ONLY the files from each folder that are new in the previous 24 hours to 2 additional locations, with the same folder/filing structure. These two additional locations will serve as an inbox for two other processes we have for handling files.

At the end of a day, all received files would be added to the original source folder(s). The next morning, the sync task would run and would copy everything that was new the previous day to the two destination sets, and only the new folders. Individuals would then go to the destination folders, which would have all the "new" documents, and process them and then delete them from these folders to "empty the inbox" so to speak. This cycle would repeat daily, and the sync should only bring over the new files, not update the two destinations to match the whole source, with the point being that any files sitting in the destination folder(s) have yet to be "processed" and thus if there are files in there, there's work to do, if it's empty, then is nothing to do.

Thoughts on this? Not seeing a 1-way copy + time cutoff setting.

Assuming you run your sync close to the end of the day,
it seems an Update sync variant Synchronization (F8) setting,
with a Filter (F7) setting using a Time-span (lower-right) setting of "Today"
is your way to go.
Conversely, if you run your sync at night, you might need to use the
"Last x days" Time-stamp setting with x=1 (or x=0?).

Mind that you would need to run this sync every 24hr, including e.g. weekends.
