All .ffs_batch files fail in 10.5

Since you decided to break all old versions of FFS, I installed the latest version 10.5. Now all ffs_batch files fail (see screenshot). I recreated the batch file from scratch received and same result. Now all synching must be done manually by opening the program and clicking the buttons. Please fix so I can perform my synching via command line again using .ffs_batch files. Thank you.

Unless your old FreeFileSync version dates back multiple years, there shouldn't be any backwards-incompatibility. What version were you using?

I was using v8.1 before; however, the version is irrelevant. I installed v10.5 using the installer, then recreated all folder sets manually in v10.5 and created a new ffs_batch file in v10.5 and I still get the above error every time.

Do you have specific steps to reproduce? I assume you're probably still loading an 8.1 config file, otherwise you wouldn't have gotten the error above.

***Resolved***

It looks like the first v10.5 installation was corrupt. I uninstalled v10.5 and reinstalled same version. This time the .ffs_batch files work without issue.
