MOVE files

Hi, I am looking for a way to move EQUAL files and overwrite the same files on the right side of the panel.

I have two folders of pictures...some are the same, some are the same name but different size (unfortunately). I want to move all the EQUAL files to the new folder and overwrite the old ones. NEXT, I want to move all the unequal ones and RENAME them so I don't lose either of the files.

This is how Windows Explorer does it and what I want to do but in a much quicker way. I have something like 450 different files out of a total of 2000 files.

I CAN'T FIND AN OPTION IN THE SYNC SETTINGS TO DO EITHER OF THESE THINGS. I would much prefer a right click option...which I thought existed in the "set direction: ->" option but it doesn't actually do anything!

What is the set direction option supposed to do...I figured it was a manual mode which would be great...but I can't the program to copy/move or do anything or even acknowledge the direction I want to set.

PLEASE HELP!!
