Sync only files and exclude subfolders

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this software and I've tried unsuccessfully to do this task.

I have a folder with subfolders where I put my all my business receipts for accounting (more than 500 files). My accountant ask me if it was possible to put all those files in one folder removing the subfolders so he won't have to open every subfolders in the original folder to get the new files.

Can someone help me on this? Is it possible to use real time sync for that?
