Endless donation requests

I've purchased a donation version version a few times in the last few months, but I keep getting told it's run out and asked to extend it. How do I get the program to recognise that I have made a donation?

I see you've been using different email addresses and it's possible to merge multiple donations (by clicking "Extend") only recently, so I've merged all of them manually. You may try again now.
