Not Syncing Attributes

There are times when I might change a small attribute like capitalisation which is important and needs to be synced but at the moment the software is refusing to sync these attribute changes.

See below.

Folder pair: /home/dat/Downloads <-> /media/dat/Davids Back/Downloads
Pablo.png: Items differ in attributes only
<- "Pablo.png"
-> "pablo.png"

Is there any way I can get the system to sync these changes?
