And how can I delete the folders?
The folders are created in OneDrive Folder.
I have Windows 10

Jürgen!
I have similar problems. I resolved it by Ignorieren/Ignore or Alle ignorieren/Ignore all. Than sometimes I had to erase the RecycleBin..... of FFS manually. It can go quite deep in the file-tree.
The software has some problems, I'll report a bug also.
Look also at the answer in Sync gets stuck right before completion.

Hello Janos
I could not delete the files manually, only now I have found a way how it works without problems, hope that now no new RecycleBin.641b.ffs_tmp folder will be created.
One must with a ZIP program the file pack and in the attitudes the hook put (files after the archiving delete) then the files are deleted without problems.

A RecycleBin[xxx].ffs_tmp folder will always be created if files are to be recycled in an FFS sync.
However, it should also be removed when FFS terminates correctly.
