It's a software configured ramdisk by ASUS.

Darn, I had hoped to be able to reproduce on my end, but I don't have an ASUS board. Anyway, the above issue should be fixed with the following beta. The RAMDisk software is exclusively offered on selected ASUS ROG product lines.

So it seems to need an ASUS board to run.
