FTP UTF-8 problem

I am running my NAS in UTF-8 mode. Until version 10.1, normal use was possible through FTP. However, since version 10.2, the following error is displayed and FTP connection is not possible. So I'm still using version 10.1. It is unfortunately not possible to change the charset of NAS because of compatibility of other programs. :(

FreeFileSync thinks the server is using some ANSI encoding because it does not return "UTF8" when asked via "FEAT".
