realtimesync window popping up and no changes?

hello,
new user of this software and I donated to download the portable version and
I'm setting it up now and I have two issues:
1) is there any way to disable the realtimesync window for popping up or auto close it?

also,
2) many times it pops up with no changes, is this normal?
maybe because there are changes on the folders to be synced,
but they are filtered out?
are the filtered out files and folders monitored?

and
3) where are the realtimesync settings saved? can I make it sync e.g. every 10 minutes and remember it?

edit:
ok, I fixed the first and third issues,
but I can't prevent log files from being created,
if I set <logfolder/> (empty) they are created in the program directory (\Logs),

also, the sync.ffs_db & sync.ffs_lock files should be saved in the program directory and not in each folder I think

and realtimesync runs many times, even though there are no changes
(I tried setting idle time to 20 (<Delay>20</Delay>) but it still runs),
maybe because my browser's folder (portable) is included in the pair (but excluded via filters),
so filtered out folders shouldn't be monitored for changes,
even if they are a subdirectory of the original pair

and please add an option to be able to force sync (sync now) on the realtimesync icon

all in all, while freefilesync is a great and useful utility,
realtimesync seems a bit too draft and it needs work to be done
