found a bug. can not read chinese filename

I put a file in a linux server with chinese filename.
Freefilesync can't read it , can't open it.
Buy i try with other software, like allway sync , winscap they read and copy it well.
How do we process these files?

I assume legacy FTP without UTF8 support?
