Different timestamp but same content

Hi,

there are applications changing the timestamp but not the content, and there are use cases where the same files might be stored at both sides at different times (RCS, store attachment from mail client).

It might be useful to define a dedicated setting how to deal with these file pairs:

* Use older/earlier timestamp
* Use younger/later timestamp
* Let timestamps uncanged
