TSched runs task but it doesn't happen

I am running V10.10 on win7.
Task Scheduler says that it ran my .ffs_batch file at 5 am this morning, but there was no window from FFS showing a completed status, & no copied files. So, I ran the job manually from FFS & it worked fine.

I then tried to run manually from Task Scheduler, but is says that the task is "already running". Task Manager shows no references to FFS in "applications" or "processes".

Has anyone seen this or know of a fix?
