local folder already exists but not being seen in sync

When I run a Compare of local folders to ones I'm syncing to on a NAS drive, FFS is telling me that certain files and folders that exist within a particular folder located within a main folder don't exist locally, when they actually do. The strange thing is that it recognises all other files and folders within the main folder, just not this particular one.

I have tried deleting this particular folder locally, then syncing so it gets replaced by FFS from the NAS drive, which happened ok, but running another Compare the same thing happens - it thinks it doesn't exist again locally when clearly it does!

I've tried deleting the folder pair job, then recreated the pair, same thing happens. I've closed and restarted FFS, same thing...

What's happening!!?

Thanks,
Jonno

Is there anything specific to the name of those folders, or the rights to those folders?

*RESOLVED*

Very strange, but when I used another computer to look on the NAS drive, I saw two identical folders but with different modified dates. I removed one by copying it to the desktop, and both disappeared. I then refreshed the window and one re-appeared, so I deleted it too. I also deleted the copy on the original computer. Then copied the one from the desktop back to the NAS and ran the syncing process on both computers. This resulted in all copies being deleted (except the one on the desktop which is outside the sync), so I had to re-copy from the desktop to the sync folder and re-sync, which resulted in a successful result where the folder appeared everywhere I wanted it.

Weird, but glad to have solved the issue!
