FFS not working as expected

I have two servers....lets call them ServerA and serverB

I have it set to the below settings:
Comparison - File time and size
Sync - Mirrow

I have a folder on ServerA (c:\test) which the first time copied over to serverB (c:\test)
then I added a .txt file in the folder on serverA and hit the Sync button but the file just doesn't come over to serverB.....why is that?

This is scary if it doesn't work as expected because I am relying on this to make sure that serverB has the same files/folder/permissions as its originator in serverA

Just some hints:
* Verify that the .txt-file meets the criteria of your include filter
* Verify that the .txt-file does not meet the criteria of your exclude filter
* Verify that you are using the correct left-right folders
* Look at the results of (just) running a compare, and the suggested actions
