OSStatus code -54: Permissions Error on file open

I have used the mirroring feature from FFS for some time in Windows and never had a problem. I just recently moved to a Mac running Yosemite and installed the latest FFS build (FreeFileSync 7.7 Mac OS X 64-bit). When I try to mirror from my hard drive to an external hard drive (NTFS) I get the following error message: "Unable to move volume *xxx* to the recycle bin. OSStatus code -54: permissions error on file open." and I can't finish the mirroring process. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give to me! Thanks.

Any other user having this problem? I would very much appreciate any suggestion on how to fix this!
