Two-way sync not working in Win7 64bit

Hi,
I installed FFS on my Win7 64-bit desktop PC, to sync a folder on the PC with a folder on my NAS storage (correctly mounted with netdrive as a drive letter).
I then created a job file to monitor this directory. When I launch FFS and do a manual sync it works.
But with RTS it does not: I created a file "local.txt" on the PC and it was correctly synced to the NAS folder.
Then I created a file "nas.txt" in the monitored folder of the NAS, but it does not get synced to the PC.
I've waited half an hour and nothing changed.
Then I created a second file (local2.txt) on the PC, and -BAM!- everything got synced and I ended up having the three files (local.txt, nas.txt, local2.txt) in both the PC and the NAS.
Then I tried deleting nas.txt from the NAS and this change wasn't correctly "propagated" to the PC.
But as soon as I deleted "local2.txt" from the PC, again everything got synced correctly.
It seems like only changes inside the local folder get monitored and synced. If something changes in the NAS folder, it won't.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
