RealTimeSync but dropping full path?

I'd like to use RealTimeSync to scan for new PDFs in a server and directory as they are created to a new directory. however they are creatted in subfolders that I dont want in the destination. is this possible?
Source d:/data/RandomAssociatedFolderName\Filename.pdf >> E:/filename.pdf
need to maintain file names but not directories.

Also, I would like it to only look for new if possible. the E:\destination will run a script, process the PDF and move it. I dont want it to get copied again or I will end up with a loop. So a realtime copy, not a sync...
