Synchronise Mirror: FreefilSync does not detect mirrored files

Dear All,

I have the following problem:

I have synchronised / mirrored one HDD with > 2 TB with FreeFileSync: all ok.
After some changes in the basis HDD I wanted to update the mirrors.

But FreeFileSync does not recognize the files already mirrored and starts the complete operation again, which needs more than 20 hours! (it might be, that i have the changed the name of mirrored folders, but I am unsure).

What to do?
Help would be great....
