The Compare results give a reason for the unresolved conflict.
Files differing only by attributes or capitalization you may accept to leave as unresolved conflict.
If files have changed on both sides since the last sync, you may want resolve the conflict manually.

If a file was changed in both locations since the last sync, FreeFileSync (FFS) has no clue what to do.
Any action it would take might cause a loss of data.
So, in those cases FFS simply concludes there is an unresolved conflict and the user (you) needs to resolve the conflict. Only the user may know if files have really changed in both locations and separate copies need to be kept, or which copy is the correct one and needs to be synced to the other side.
