FTP: 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments.

please help me
I got a error '501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments.' when used the ftp server of 'serv-u'

there was serv-u logs

[21] Mon 08Jul19 17:59:12 - (000005) 200 Type set to A.
[20] Mon 08Jul19 17:59:12 - (000005) MLSD //
[21] Mon 08Jul19 17:59:12 - (000005) 501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments.
