Slow transfer even with Donation Edition

I've noticed that for the last 6-12 months, the file transfer with FFS has gotten much slower. I am using Windows 10 on 2 computers and have been using FFS for a long time on a 1Gbps wired network, I used to get over 110 MBps transfer rate and lately I am maxing out at about 28 Mbps rate (even when transferring single very large files). I even paid for the Donation Edition thinking that might offer additional performance, but unfortunately no change.

Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated!
