Sync up only files that were modified that day?

I am looking to see if there is a way to sync the folder up with only files that were modified that day.
This is a batch job that runs once a day that needs to move only new files. The reason for this is because after the sync folder is processed it has to be cleared. I don't need all the old files put back in on the next days dync. I just need what was done that day.

Yes but on my system it does not seem to work. When I choose one day and see what it is going to sync, I see all the documents from all days.

You can have a look at date of a specific file pair and see if it should be included or not.
