exclude files WITH size/date ?

Hello,
at first, my english is not very good, but I try my best ;-)
I have a big collection of files, which all are now all backed up on a lot lto6 tapes.
These files are all linked in a programm, so the path and name of the files should not be changed so often.
New files come to the existing ones continously, and existing ones are sometimes replaced.
My Backup Solution is not at home, so I cannot backup my files direktly without big effort.
Now I store new files in a special folder on the server, link them in the program, and when they are backed up I move them to the final folder.
Not very comfortable ....

now my question:
I can exclude the files I already safed by name, perfekt !! But there are not less often situations, where I have a new file, that has the same name (folder), but different size.

Is there a possibility to exclude files with size / Date Information, so I can put my new files directly in the final folder and freefilesync sync them to a new hdd, which I can take with me to the tape ?

I hope my question is explained understandable.
