Time stamp change when mirror to Gdrive account

New since updating to v10.16 when I mirror to my gdive account the time stamp updates to the current time so when I do a Compare the same files require updating, this did not happen in my last version. Side note I back up the same data to a thumb drive also and it works fine no issues.
