Assuming that you actually managed to download the setup zip file.
You have to open the zip file and extract out the Setup.exe and the Setup.key to the same folder. Then launch the Setup.exe, which will look for the Setup.key in the same folder from which Setup.exe was launched. If it finds the Setup.key file then the install of FreeFileSync will proceed as normal. If it doesn't find the Setup.key then an error dialogue will be shown and setup will abort.
