Transfer starts before file is complete

I have RTS doing a FTP load when a new file is generated but it starts the file transfer before the local file is complete. Is there a delay setting or something I am not doing correctly in the FFS setup?

Apparently the local file that triggers RTS is written in multiple "bursts", with more than the RTS Idle-time in between.
You may try to adjust (increase) the Idle-time setting of RTS to be equal to at least the maximum time between such bursts.
