I am syncing folders with videos with FFS 10.17. I am using the "update sync" function. For an inexplicable reason, the source file has added the same videos and changed the prefix number and ended up with two lots of videos, the first being the original and the second batch with the prefix numbers changed, but based on the first lot of videos. The destination folder had extra videos also.
I removed the incorrect from source and destination and did a compare. The results are shown in the images in attachments. The source image shows the files to syc and the FFS shows the files to be updated and how there are added videos created in the source side and how they are renamed.
The main folder was created on a MAC and I can see there is a symbol after the folder name that is a square with a ? when viewed in notepad. "Whack this in notepad: "_Handle With Care"
Any thoughts?

Based on how little we can see up top, the folder you are showing us is not set at the source directory in FFS
