First of all, thank you very much for this excellent piece of software. I've been using it for years to mirror my personal data to an external USB drive. I was very excited to see that the MTP functionality has been added, but I ran into a problem.
I set up a sync as I usually do on my Windows 7 machine. Let's say I try to mirror folder ABC from my HDD to folder ABC on my cell phone. When I run "compare", ALL files show up as needing to be synced even though the contents of folders ABC on both devices appear to be identical. I went through the properties and selected "ignore time differences of 1 hour" and tried again - same result.
I went ahead and mirrored the HDD source ABC folder to the cell phone as I assumed there were some other attributes that it keys off of. After syncing, I ran compare and AGAIN it showed that ALL files needed to be synced.
I tried the "File contents" rather than the "File type and size" variant and that DID work - but this will not be feasible because I'm planning on syncing thousands of files and the compare process would take entirely too long.
Can you please let me know if there is a setting that I overlooked that might address this issue?
Thanks!

Missing support for file modification times seems to be a limitation on a lot of MTP devices:

It seems to mitigate these issues we need a compromise like a "compare by file size only".
This is already possible (see help file, chapter Expert Settings), but not easily accessible from UI.
