Hi all- I've done a forum search and also tried to figure out how to use the syntax to do this, but I can't find any examples to do it for folders...?
I've got two hard drives, one with folder (and contents) names starting in A-N, and the other O-Z. The source drive has a complete A-Z, and I figure I'll have to create two stacks of exclusion entries for the filter and swap them out when syncing to the backup drives.
Please forgive me, as this seems so simple, but I really suck at syntax and I'd appreciate any help, or if this can be done at all! Much appreciated!
Include/Exclude folder based on (first letter of) it's name?

This reads pretty close to viewtopic.php?t=6949&p=23138.
Only there the source was a single (root) folder and the destination was divided in two halves, whereas in your case it seems to be the other way around. But the approach can be the same.
