change target drive

I have 2 laptops, old one 32bit XP, new one 64bit Win7. I use a Network Drive and FFS to keep them synched. FFS now tells me the destination drive on new laptop is full. I now see it has TWO drives, C for system, D for data. I did not know this and I had set up FFS to use C drive as target on new laptop. How can i best change the target to D drive? Is the simplest way to delete all information off the new laptop and start FFS again with a new synch to D drive? How can i do this so as to avoid 'duplicates' on new laptop?
