Option greyed out

Hi,

I'm running Version 10.20 64bit Donation edition of FreeFileSync however when I go to Tools > Options

The "Show all permanently hidden dialogs and warning messages again - All Dialogs shown" button is greyed out. I cannot change this setting. I'd like all dialog's to close.

Why is this greyed out?

I can verify I'm running donation edition under Help > about...

The most likely reason would be that you have not hidden any dialogs or warning messages. This is just a guess, of course. Why don't you experiment with some dialog you don't plan on ever needing?

Yes exactly... I am trying to hide or auto close that dialogue box but the button to configure this setting is greyed out/I cannot click on it

Is there a value in the config file I can change to configure this?

In general, an application will gray out an option to "show all items again" if it has never hidden any! You need to trigger an action, that will cause a dialog to pop up, that you can cancel or close, presumably with an option for "Do not show this type of message again." Then, the "Show all permanently hidden dialogs..." button would be available to you.
