name changed files revive when sync in Dropbox Team

Hi, thank you very much for such an incredibly useful software.

As a team, we use FreeFileSync with Dropbox.
We work in our local directory which we all use the same folder structure together.
Then, we sync our whole directory to Dropbox, so we can share the latest work.
The problem is we can't sync when file names are changed. The old file still remain, and even delete them, still revives after other made a sync.
I wonder if it used to sync without problem even file name is changed.

Recently we have a database error when try to sync.
Translated from the screenshot, it says "sync.ffs_db doesn't have compatibility. Sync setting: overwrite old files"
All we can avoid this issue is just click "ignore", but I think database is going to be crush...

It is more likely that someone still has that old file locally and it is syncing to the DropBox
