Two-way transfer upon connecting my external HDD?

Hi all!

I know it's possible, and i have tried it via the FFS post on the website but i can't get it to work?
Can anyone help me achieve the following; upon inserting my external HDD, two-way transfer a folder from my C drive to my external HDD.

You will need to set up a RTS job that monitors the external hard drive folder. It will see when it gets plugged in and run a sync job
