FreeFileSync.ffs_real not found

I have setup following sync job:  "C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\RealTimeSync.exe" "F:\FreeFileSync.ffs_real" but the resultt is: File “F:\FreeFileSync.ffs_real not found.
What do I have to change?

.ffs_real is used for the RealTimeSync program that detects changes and then runs a batch job from FreeFileSync.
Can you provide more details? What are you trying to do?

I want to synchronize a file folder from external harddisk E:\ to another external harddisk F:\
both connected to my PC

Does it work if you double-click and run the ffs_real file from the drive directly?

I'm a novice. Sorry. I never worked with batch files.
I used the App RealTimeSync to start the automatic synchronisation, but I can't find the ffs_ real file

I also had a small hiccup when I started. When you open and configure RTS, you have to File->save and then you can name and locate it wherever you want. I put mine in
"%homepath%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\"
so it starts monitoring when I log in

I saved the file in C:\Users\User
But I get following message:
file "C:\ProgramFiles\FreeFileSync\"F:\Batchjob.ffs_batch""
was not found

"C:\ProgramFiles\FreeFileSync\FreeFileSync.exe "C:\Users\User\Batchjob.ffs_batch""
