Need help by using a Samsung S20+ that has to be backed up to an external HDD secured by Bitlocker. The HDD is unlocked at the moment. I get this error:

Anyone with a suggestion?

The error code 0x802a0006 has been accidentally assigned twice by Microsoft:
0x802a0006 == UI_E_VALUE_NOT_DETERMINED == E_WPD_DEVICE_IS_HUNG
So the real error is "E_WPD_DEVICE_IS_HUNG". Google indicates that if the MTP disk is out of space that can lead to this error, but there are probably other reasons, too.
