sync two PCs

Hello,
I am new to FFs and I am trying to set it up in order to simply keep two data
folders, one on each PC, aligned. I have not found details on how to setup
such a configuraiton, although I guess one has to use the 2 folders on the
tool initial sections called "drag&drop". However, what is the required
network configuration? Do they need to be on the same group, or do the folders
need to be shared? For the moment I do not "see" the network folder from the
tool (nor from windows explorer, for that matter).
