Copy only new files generates warning

I have a custom sync configuration to copy only new files (Item exists on left
side only) - I want to copy files from the source that do not exist in the
destination. When I run the sync, it gives a warning about a file exists on
the left side that is a different size as a file on the right (which in my
scenario is expected). I've selected to ignore errors expecting it to continue
uninterrupted, but I continue to get the same warning for each file in the
source that exists in the destination.

I recognize that in the Compare settings, I only have 2 options: "File time
and size" or "File content". Perhaps there should be a 3rd option, "File
Exists"? Is the File Compare what's causing the sync issue? Alternatively, if
I could have an "Ignore" option for the Conflict category like I have with the
other categories it would result in the intended behavior?
