I wonder if it is possible to achieve the following with FreeFileSync:

Whenever there is changes/update to a file in source folder, auto sync is
triggered to update the file on the target folder
This auto sync process should run in the background hidden without any pop up
and or window opening

Only require it to be one direction - From workstation folder to network drive
folder.

Hello, sgcareerman.

RealTimeSync is starting automatically with Windows and sync my files
perfectly. I didn't create the service for it, I just create a link calling
the RealTimeSync executable with the batch file as parameter (way more easier
than run as service), like:

"C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\RealTimeSync.exe"
C:\Users\Hector\Desktop\SyncJob.ffs_batch

And voilá! It is next to the clock, doing the synchronization.
