Feature Request - Swap Sides pair by pair

I have 8 FFS backup files, the biggest of which has about 10 folder pairs. I just had to swap sides on 4 of those pairs. I planned to use the Swap Sides feature but found that it would only swap all 10 pairs at once; I did not see a way to individually swap just the 4 pairs that I wanted swapped. Did I miss this option ? Would you consider adding in the possibility to do this ?

More features are always good! For now, you could remove the remaining pairs and leave the ones you need to flip, than you can use that 'flip all' option. Then run that sync, then reload the batch files without saving the changes

Perhaps but then I'd have to do that every day. And then the remaining pair wouldn't get backed up so you would have to do something similar for those which mean doing this sort of thing twice.
And, one of them is a batch process which is run automatically by the Windows Task Scheduler so that's not an option.
