I have FreeFileSync running every night syncing my dropbox directories to my
local copy. I have added runing FreeFileSync to my scheduled events. However,
after it runs it leaved a dialog box up. How can I run that will not leave
this dialog box open?

Set sync-settings "on completion" to "close progress dialog".
