It seems this "SBA" is a non-standard shell extension. Are you able to access
the path if you enter it into FFS directly?

yes, if i enter the path manually then click brows , it will show the path,
kind of - as soon as i help FFS it will delegate me to this path
any guess

So this "SBA" is a virtual folder to a network share on "\\sgr.com\sgr". On
the second screenshot only a single network share is shown, "sba02054w", while
on the third a list of shares is shown including "\\sgr.com\sgr". My guess is
"SHBrowseForFolder" (which is used by wxWidgets which is used by FFS) has a
timeout when searching the network. On your fist try the share could not be
reached within this limit, while when you manually enter it FFS accesses it
asynchronously (without any time limit). So when you now browse the network,
the path is cached and shown by "SHBrowseForFolder".
