Since today FreeFileSync (all versions) are blocked by JAMF as potentially malicious due to the usage of a known "bad" developer certificate.
I have meanwhile switched to DirSyncPro (almost as good and fast as FreeFileSync but based on JAVA)

The certificate isn't used for any other app, so whatever "JAMF" is, they blocked FreeFileSync for some reason.

Jamf is a software company that is the developer of Jamf Pro, an application used by system administrators to configure and automate IT administration tasks for macOS, iOS, and tvOS devices. JAMF is also checking applications and performs scans to detect viruses/malware.
Anyway, although I can download the source code of the free version, as there are no build instructions included that we cannot validate that the executable FreeFileSync is really clean.
Our company and others are now blocking FreeFileSync (other companies will follow). I assume that if they do not receive prove that the software is clean it might be blacklisted forever.
