FFS hangs on sync (Ubuntu 11.04 x64)

The title pretty much says it all.

The program loads and compares just fine. Hangs when the 'sync' button is
pressed. FFS must then be killed via system monitor to end,

I've no idea why this is happening.
Any and all help appreciated.

You could try to run it from a console window and look if you get some log
output. Are you using the recent version?
